Piquillo peppers are always in jars or cans but are different than just "roasted peppers"👍

What about the roasted garlic in the picture? It’s not mentioned in the recipe.

If you like garlic, up it in - my tip, separate the bulb into whole cloves, but don’t peel it. Just squeeze them after the dish comes out of the oven
