| Our products are only available from within Australia. All orders will be sent as registered mail with Australia Post. You will need to pick up and sign for your order at the local Post Office (you will receive a slip to notify you of arrival). We take great care in packaging the product securely for transit. If you find that the goods are damaged on arrival, please contact us. No refunds will be issued, but replacement products may be sent. We will assess each breakage on a case-by-case basis. |
